Teachers day speech for students
Good Morning everybody.
Respected Principal,
Teachers Greetings my dear classmates. I wish all those present here a Happy Teacher's Day. Also, I would like to thank all the people who gave me the opportunity to express my views on this occasion.
Today we are gathered here to celebrate September 5th September as Teacher’s Day. Today is the birth anniversary dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. On this day we celebrate as teachers day.
Which is the most honorable day for all students who are graduating or serving the country. On Teachers Day, the students expressed their gratitude to every teacher for their knowledge.
That’s why we celebrate this day every year and get blessings from Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the former President of the country, who was born on this day in 1888. He was the first Vice President and second President of India from 1952 to 1962.
In 1954, he was awarded the Bharat Ratna by the Government of India. He spent 40 years of his life as a teacher. He has made a significant contribution to education. After being elected president in 1962, the students prayed for his birthday to be celebrated on September 5.
After many requests from the students, he replied that it would be better to dedicate this day to the entire educational profession rather than celebrate his birthday.
Since then, September 5 has been celebrated as Teachers' Day across India in honor of the Educational Scholarship On this day, the Government of India honored teacher, who has done well in education.
Teachers ’Day is a celebration for all students in India to show respect and gratitude to the teachers for their continuous and valuable endeavors for shaping their future.
A teacher is constantly working to enrich and enhance the quality of the education system in the country. After our parents give knowledge to us, teachers build our character by telling difference between good and bad with our studies in school. In addition, teachers brighten our future with the right guidance.
That is why it is said in our country that the place of teachers is more than that of our parents. We can't even imagine our lives without education Just as our body needs food, we need the education to move forward in life and achieve height.
The only teacher can teach all students selflessly. Teachers remove the evil within us and make us good human beings. Our teachers don’t think of us as less than their children and teach us with care.
As children, when we need inspiration and encouragement, which we definitely get from our teachers. They teach us to get out of any bad situation in life through wisdom and patience. Dear teachers, we will always be grateful to you for this knowledge.
“If you see both the teacher and God together, we should first touch the teacher’s feet,” said our great poet Kabir Das. Because only a teacher can show us the way to God by giving us knowledge.
With that, I ended my conversation.
Thank You. Wish you all a happy teacher's day.
